Job Description
Medical Representative
Salary: 18000 take home +15000 allowance + Incentives +PF, ESI
Education: Degree Must
Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in MR Doctor Calls
Location : Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Promotion & Sales:
-
Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, healthcare professionals, chemists, and hospital staff.

Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and medical institutions.

Present product information clearly and persuasively to increase prescriptions.

Ensure in-depth knowledge of assigned products, including uses, dosage, benefits, and side effects.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Address queries, provide samples, and collect feedback regularly.

Follow up with healthcare professionals for repeat business and prescriptions.
3. Sales Target Achievement:
-
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive product visibility and sales.

Analyze territory performance and suggest ways to improve sales.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting:
-
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, new launches, and feedback from the market.
-
Report daily call activity, doctor visits, sales updates, and sample distribution.
-
Submit reports and documentation as per company policy through CRM or reporting tools.
5. Product Training & Events:
-
Attend product training sessions, workshops, and medical conferences organized by the company.

Participate in promotional campaigns, CME (Continuing Medical Education) events, and doctor meets.

Educate healthcare professionals on the latest medical innovations and product updates.
