Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion and Sales:

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.

Highlight the benefits, effectiveness, side effects, and usage of products.

Build strong product knowledge to confidently answer technical questions and handle objections.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.

Regularly visit doctors, pharmacists, and hospital departments to update them about new products and ongoing promotions.

Provide product samples, brochures, and other educational materials.

Market Coverage:

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly visit schedules to maximize coverage of the assigned territory.

Maintain records of daily visits and interactions using CRM tools or manually, as per company guidelines.

Analyze territory and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Sales Target Achievement:

Work toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Collaborate with regional sales managers to develop strategies for target achievement.

Monitor competitor activities and report market intelligence to the company.

Training and Product Knowledge:

Attend regular training sessions, product briefings, and workshops to stay updated on product knowledge, medical research, and sales techniques.

Learn and adhere to medical regulations, drug safety standards, and ethical marketing practices.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all visits, sales, samples distributed, and feedback received.

Submit daily call reports, expense reports, and market feedback in a timely manner.

Prepare monthly performance summaries and contribute to sales forecasting.

Event Participation:

Represent the company at medical conferences, trade exhibitions, and product launch events.

Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs or product presentations in clinics and hospitals.
