Job Description
We require medical Representative who are well informed about the current market scenario and can adapt to market changes. He should be well versed, polite, smart, to make conversation with doctors, retailers and stockiest for promoting their products. He should be well accustomed to work on territory basis and meeting the sales target set by the Organization.
Having a two-wheeler is a must. Travelling allowance is provided by company.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion and Sales:

Present and demonstrate medical products to healthcare professionals, highlighting benefits, usage, and scientific data.

Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to increase product awareness.

Conduct face-to-face meetings, product presentations, and training sessions.

Understand competitors’ products, market trends, and customer preferences to effectively position products.

Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Market Research and Feedback:

Gather information on customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.

Report market feedback to the sales and marketing teams for product improvement and strategic planning.

Identify potential new customers and develop plans to expand the customer base.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all promotional activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of sales visits, orders, and customer interactions in CRM software.

Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review.

Customer Support and Education:

Provide healthcare professionals with up-to-date information about product usage, dosage, side effects, and contraindications.

Assist customers with product queries and troubleshooting.

Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote products.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with marketing, medical affairs, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotional support.
