Job Title: Medical Representative (MR) – Freshers

Education: B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) – Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
Build and nurture lasting relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in your assigned territory.
Conduct product detailing sessions and presentations for doctors and pharmacists.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and follow up on potential leads.
Maintain accurate and timely sales activity reports via CRM tools or manual systems.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, doctor meets, and company-led promotional events.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and apply product knowledge (training provided)
Understanding of pharmaceutical sales ethics and compliance
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive in approach
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email)
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Pharm graduates (Class of 2023 or 2024 preferred)
Age: Below 28 years
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Open to local travel within the assigned territory
