A Medical Representative (MR) is responsible for promoting and selling the pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. They serve as a vital link between pharmaceutical companies and the medical community, ensuring the appropriate use and sales of their company’s products.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
Achieve sales targets set by the company.
Provide product information, answer queries, and offer guidance on usage and dosage.
Organize and attend medical conferences, presentations, and promotional events.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Submit regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Good understanding of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
Willingness to travel regularly.
