Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion and Sales:
- Promote assigned pharmaceutical or medical products to healthcare professionals, including general practitioners, specialists, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and their benefits, uses, side effects, interactions, and contraindications.
- Persuade healthcare providers to prescribe or recommend the company’s products through structured presentations and discussions.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and market share objectives within the designated territory.
Territory Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute daily and weekly schedules to call on existing and potential customers in the assigned geographical area.
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide timely feedback to management.
- Develop and maintain a customer database with accurate contact details, call records, and feedback.
Scientific and Technical Knowledge:
- Stay updated on new research, clinical trials, and developments related to the company’s products and therapeutic areas.
- Understand and communicate complex medical information effectively to non-scientific and scientific audiences alike.
- Attend product training sessions, medical conferences, and workshops to improve product knowledge and stay current with industry trends.
Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, samples, and information kits to healthcare professionals.
- Provide feedback from the field to assist in shaping future marketing strategies and materials.
Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, meetings, sales, and follow-ups through digital or manual reporting systems.
- Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required by the company.
- Track sales performance against goals and adjust strategies accordingly.
Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, industry codes, and legal regulations, including those related to promotional practices, product claims, and ethical standards.
- Handle confidential information responsibly and professionally.
- Respect and maintain high standards of integrity in all interactions with customers.
