Job Description
2. Build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
3. Achieve sales targets while staying updated on medical knowledge and product developments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Promotion of Medical Products:

Promote and sell a portfolio of pharmaceutical or medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and hospitals.

Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and communicate clinical benefits to target customers.

Develop and execute sales strategies and territory action plans to achieve assigned targets.

Conduct one-on-one meetings with doctors and other healthcare professionals to increase product awareness and drive prescriptions.
2. Territory and Customer Relationship Management:

Plan and manage a defined geographical territory to maximize sales opportunities.

Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining strong, long-term professional relationships.

Conduct regular visits to clients’ offices, clinics, and hospitals to monitor product performance and gather feedback.

Ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales support and problem resolution.
3. Product and Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor products, disease areas, and market dynamics.

Attend training sessions and workshops to stay current with scientific developments and product updates.

Understand and communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of each product clearly and persuasively.
4. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of daily activities, sales calls, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, tracking progress toward KPIs and objectives.

Report on competitor activities, new market trends, and customer insights to the sales manager.
5. Promotional Activities and Events:

Participate in medical conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and promotional events as a company representative.

Organize and conduct product presentations, doctor meetings, and group discussions (CME programs).

Coordinate with the marketing team to distribute promotional materials and samples effectively.
6. Compliance and Ethics:

Ensure all promotional activities are compliant with company policies, medical regulations, and ethical standards.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical and patient-related information.

Adhere to local and international regulations governing the marketing and sale of medical products.
