Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and healthcare solutions to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, scientific knowledge, and a passion for sales, ensuring the achievement of company-defined sales targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development

Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products and medical equipment to healthcare professionals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital staff, and healthcare providers.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the company.

Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and untapped markets.
2. Product Promotion & Demonstration

Organize product presentations, medical camps, and demonstrations for doctors and healthcare professionals.

Educate clients about the features, benefits, and correct usage of pharmaceutical products and medical devices.

Ensure proper branding and visibility of products in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
3. Scientific Knowledge & Training

Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical and medical advancements relevant to company products.

Attend company-provided training sessions to enhance scientific understanding and product knowledge.

Act as a trusted advisor to doctors and healthcare professionals by providing accurate, evidence-based medical information.
4. Market Research & Reporting

Gather insights on competitor products, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Work closely with the sales manager and marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies.
5. Relationship Management

Build long-term professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare decision-makers.

Handle queries, complaints, and feedback from healthcare professionals in a professional manner.

Represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
