Key Responsibilities:

• Visit hospitals, patients, and insurance companies to facilitate smooth communication and resolve queries or issues.
• Negotiate with hospitals and other stakeholders on pricing, case management, and other terms as required.
• Assist in processing claims by providing medical insights and ensuring compliance with insurance guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administration and insurance teams.
• Act as a liaison between patients, hospitals, and insurance companies to expedite case resolutions.
• Conduct field visits to assess cases and ensure the accuracy of claims and documentation.
• Stay updated on medical trends and insurance policies to offer relevant insights during negotiations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports of field visits, negotiations, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Ayurveda, Homeopathy, or an equivalent medical field (BAMS/BHMS).
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, hospital processes, and insurance workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on the field.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Experience:

• 0-3 years of experience in hospital administration, TPA, or healthcare operations is a plus.
• Previous exposure to patient handling, claims processing, or medical case management.
