• Maintaining records of incoming and completed Summarization.
• Assuring chronological typing order and\or urgency of assigned work.
• Verifying the accuracy of patient information on file.
  
• Maintaining patient confidentiality.
  
• Knowledge of business office procedures.
  
• Knowledge of medical records procedures.
  
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.
  
• Skill in computer applications.
  
• Skill in English grammar and spelling.
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  
• Ability to work effectively with others.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  
• Tying Speed Should be 1 minute for 25 words.
  
• Qualification- BDS/BPT/BHMS/UNANI/BMAS/BSc
  
• Shift Timings: - 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Only Day Shift; No Night Shift)
