Role: Customer Support Executive.

Location: Tolichowki, Hyderabad

Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM IST

Joining: Immediate.

Responsibilities are listed below.

They are responsible for following duties including but not limited to:

Answering/Receiving (U.S) phone calls from Doctors, Nurses and Patients
Scheduling Appointments
Handling patient data
Confirming said reports with a Nurse or Doctor and reporting any abnormal findings
