About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Decide which information should be included or excluded in reports
2. Listen to the recorded dictation of a doctor or other healthcare worker
3. Interpret and transcribe the dictation into patient history, exam notes, operative reports, referral letters, discharge summaries, and other documents
4. Become familiar with proper grammar, spelling, and sentence structure as well as medical jargon and abbreviations for accuracy
