EQUITY ADVISOR
Job Description:
Purpose of role
To understand customer's financial goals, advice them on Buy, Sell or Hold strategy and execute trade
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with clients to update them on research calls and advising them on asset allocation within their portfolio and guide them on Buy, Sell or hold strategy
Keep abreast of micro & macroeconomic indicators, global & domestic financial markets and impact on stock movements
Help customers to Execute trade online and place orders on behalf of customers
Qualification and Desired Skills
Should have good communication skills- both verbal and written.
Should be able to fluently converse in English & Regional Language.
Should have a passion for a career in Stock market.
Follow in house Research Reports, Company news and track company performance.
NISM Certification is an added advantage
FRESHER
Graduate – B.com/BBA/B.Tech with relevant experience in trading or having NISM series 8 certification
Graduate Salary : 1.8 LPA – 2 LPA Fixed & Max 3 times of fixed can be earned as incentives per annul.
Post Graduate – MBA Finance
Post Graduate Salary : Min 2.25 LPA & 3 times of CTC as variable. 20% for the candidates willing to work n evening shift
EXPERIENCE
1 – 5 years of experience in dealing & terminal handling exposure
Salary : Experienced traders will be given 15 – 20% hike on their existing CTC and sometimes more as an exception depending on the capability of the candidate
Timings: Morning shift: 8:00AM – 5:00PM & Evening shift: 5:00PM – 12:00AM (should be open to work in both the shifts)
