- Handling End-to-End Recruitment processes for clients.
- Sourcing & screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds.
- Scheduling interviews, the follow-up to get feedback, negotiating the salary.
- Managing resumes and updating the database on regular basis.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews of the candidates with the client.
- Follow up with the selected candidates.
- Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Updating the internal ERP.
