Key Responsibilities
1. Designing & Application

Create unique, artistic, and customized mehndi designs based on client preferences.

Specialize in different styles like:

Traditional Indian Bridal Mehndi

Arabic and Indo-Arabic Mehndi

Rajasthani and Mughlai Designs
-
Moroccan and Gulf Styles

Contemporary and Minimalistic Designs

Apply mehndi with precision and neatness to ensure smooth and beautiful patterns.

Suggest design options to clients based on occasion, outfit, and personal preferences.
2. Client Consultation
-
Understand the client’s requirements and suggest suitable designs.
-
Explain mehndi color quality, duration, and aftercare instructions.
-
Discuss pricing, packages, and customization options for bridal, party, or festival mehndi.
-
Provide trial designs for bridal and special event bookings when necessary.
3. Event & Festival Bookings
-
Provide mehndi services for weddings, engagements, baby showers, sangeet ceremonies, Karva Chauth, Eid, Diwali, Navratri, and other festivals.

Collaborate with event planners and salons for bulk mehndi bookings.
-
Handle multiple clients efficiently during events and group gatherings.
4. Mehndi Preparation & Material Management

Prepare high-quality natural mehndi paste using organic henna and essential oils.

Ensure the consistency of the paste for smooth application and darker stain.
-
Keep mehndi cones, brushes, stencils, and tools ready for use.
-
Maintain hygiene standards while preparing and applying mehndi.
5. Customer Service & Relationship Building

Build a good rapport with clients to ensure repeat bookings.

Handle client queries and complaints professionally.

Offer aftercare tips for better color development and long-lasting stains.

Promote services through referrals, word-of-mouth, and social media.
6. Marketing & Promotion

Showcase portfolio designs on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest to attract new clients.
