We are looking for a Member/Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients or members. The role involves understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while driving engagement and retention.

Job Profile : Member/Client Relationship ( HR Recruitment)

1. Org. generate enquiries ( The enquiry person like to join with our Org.)

2. Explain the org. activities to Member/Client

3. Maintain the Member/Client in WhatsApp ( Store Member/Client's Name and Place)

4. Member/Client to ask the Joining Procedure.

5. You tell them to the procedure of joining with Org.

6. Send some of our earlier activities through WhatsApp.

7. Collected Basic Information from Member/Client ( Passport Size Photo, ID and Address Proof, Blood Group, etc.)

Job Exp. : Fresher / Exp. in Client / Customer / Tele Caller

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Work Time : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Salary : 1.8 LPA + Incentive
