• Mentors work with the founding team of Gfactors (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. and play critical role in growth of the Company
• Mentors design & deliver Crash courses in cross-functional domains for Undergrad/Graduates and fresh hires in various cross-functional subjects (predominantly Humanities)
• Aggregate, create content and storyboard for the real time delivery
• They help conceptualize and design future products
• They will facilitate research and participate in sampling, analysis, report writing and presenting the findings to the stakeholders.
• Create process documents and training manuals
• Coordinate and deliver trainings at project sites 
• Keep up with recent developments that impact lives across all major fields
• Design and develop in-house training modules 

Desired Profile/ Skills: 

• Master's degree or higher with coursework in Humanities  
• Min. of 1 year of teaching experience (irrespective of other roles through your career)
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English 
• Proficient in Microsoft office
