Job Description

Designation – MEP and ELV System Engineer 

Role Definition –  We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented MEP and ELV System Engineer to join our engineering team.  Design & Execution Management assistance for very large-scale MEP and ELV system projects and delivering high-quality design, Tender and execution management document   

Responsibility Deliverables –  
a. Tender documents preparation including Drawings, Schematic, Specifications and contractor document assessments 
b. Coordination activities with Clients, Contractors, and internal Drafting team members 
c. Prepare & and submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress reports 
d. Obtaining Document approval from the client Experience – Fresher with an Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Task & Activities -  Assist Senior Engineer / Team member in Design, Implementation, and Interface with client/management. The engineer shall be responsible for all kinds of design activities for Security and ELV systems for the project. 
a. Electronics / Electronics & Telecom Engineer with REVIT Modelling knowledge 
b. Coordinating, planning, and leading Design, Review, Co-ordination & and execution of management activities with the Client & and internal drafting team 
c. Conduct design workshops with selected OEM/SI, Contractor and Client on various identified design requirements. 
d. Review all gathered design requirements in the workshops and formulate a design framework. 
e. Design comprising Functional requirement specifications, system requirement specifications, performance requirements, System and network topology, Bill of Quantities, datacentre, IT room, spare requirements for Security and ELV package. 
f. High-level/Low-level design requirements, cyber security framework, testing strategy, failover strategies and Integration requirement strategies. 
g. Maintaining Healthy relationships with the clients and contractors while coordinating their needs, and requirements with concerned teams for resolution and delivery of services. 
h. Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. 
i. Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available. 
j. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects. 
k. Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required. 
l. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts. 
m. Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans. 
n. Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients. 
o. Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders. 
p. Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required. 
q. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
