We are conducting a Walk-in Drive for MEP Engineer on Saturday ( 29th April 2023 ) and the requirements are mentioned below.
Time - 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Maintain and Supervise all kinds of Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Building related work in all the Zolo properties
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency calls
- Conduct regular inspection tours of the properties to ensure all operating equipment is working correctly
- Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in proper condition
- Find vendors for various materials required for property setup
- Keep proper track record of various projects and follow timelines
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
