Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the overseeing of consultants, designers, main contractors, and MEP sub-contractors
2. Supporting the MEP team in undertaking the technical reviews and compliance checks of the contractor's submittals
3. Performing standardized procedures for monitoring the progression of planning, design, and construction phases
4. Interfacing with project designers and contractors to coordinate the design intent with construction delivery
5. Ensuring periodic inspection of construction activities and compiles non-compliance reports as appropriate and recommending the appropriate follow-up action

Other requirements
1. Should have a working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, and schematics associated with trade
2. Should have 2 years of construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical & plumbing
