MEP Lead (mechanical, electrical and plumbing)
Required Candidate profile:
The Candidate is expected to lead and manage the MEP design work for small to large scale buildings including residential, institutional, healthcare, hospitality and heritage projects.
• Should have good experience in the Field of Plumbing / Electrical / HVAC / Fire fighting / Medgas / Pneumatic systems
• Should have handled design site co-ordination of MEP with good understanding of the architectural intent
• Should be able to lead and develop the MEP vertical of the architectural firm
• Exposure and interest in sustainable practices / green building technologies will be added advantage.
10 or more years of experience will be preferred.
Experience in Architecture / Builder firms will be ideal.
