Job Description
- Location ludhiana
- Salary-: 25k to 55k
- Placing of non-stock purchase orders from requisitions.
- Deal with suppliers based in the Far East.
- Maintain purchase order book.
- Update various reports and information relating to the above.
- Assist with Inventory control items and re-order levels.
- Maintain and update appropriate purchasing records as required.Ensure routine purchasing tasks are carried out daily/weekly in methodical manner.
- Liaise with warehouse and production as appropriate.
- Resolve any invoice queries.Provide support on departmental projects and initiatives.
- Assist in sending quotations to suppliers for bench marking and Cost reduction exercise.
- Price analysis of above and show results and conclusions.
