Job Description

Required merchandiser for commercial paper product (Christmas paper item, decorative paper items, honeycane ,etc.)

Good communication skills.

Should have managed international buyer.

Knowledge of costing will be preferred.

Willingness to shift in Noida.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute merchandising strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

Collaborate with buyers to select and source products that align with the company's brand and target market.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment optimization and pricing strategies.

Plan and execute product displays and promotions to enhance product visibility and drive customer engagement.

Conduct regular store visits to assess product availability, presentation, and adherence to merchandising standards.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and ensure product messaging is consistent across all channels.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay informed about industry developments and identify potential risks and opportunities.

Generate reports and provide analysis on sales performance, product sell-through, and inventory turnover to inform decision-making.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to continuously improve merchandising strategies and drive innovation.
