About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and the company's objectives
2. Analyse market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
3. Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and time-scales
4. Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clearouts, etc.
5. Remain up to date with industry's best practices
