Merchandizer Job in Hawkins Cookers Limited at Pune

Key Responsibilities

1.Promote and sell Hawkins products to walk-in customers.
2.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
3.Upsell and cross-sell across Hawkins' extensive product portfolio, including:
Pressure Cookers
Cookware
Gas Stoves
Electrical Appliances
4.Convert customer inquiries into multiple product sales wherever possible.
5.Ensure excellent customer service and product demonstrations.
6.Monitor stock availability and inform the store about replenishment requirements.
7.Maintain attractive, clean, and organized Hawkins product displays throughout working hours.
8.Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
9.Coordinate with store staff to improve product visibility and sales.

Candidate Profile

1.Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
2.Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or counter sales is preferred.
3.Good communication and convincing skills.
4.Customer-focused with a sales-oriented attitude.
5.Willing to work from the assigned retail store location.
