- 4+ years of experience in software development with hands-on involvement in MERN Stack design, and development along with AWS hosting and Mobile app development services.
- Deep technical expertise and strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
- A thorough understanding of software development in a team and a strong track record of shipping software & Building AI-based Products.
- Experience in hiring, managing, career development, goal setting multiple teams and projects. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience defining MERN stack and Mobile App development, technical tradeoffs, and design patterns.
- Development experience defining, UI designing, developing, and maintaining web & mobile services, APIs, & AWS/Cloud hosting
- Experience in communicating across teams and stakeholders on technical designs and solutions.
- Experience delivering complex Web apps and mobile applications.
- Firm understanding of software development principles, architectures, capabilities, and limitations of Web and mobile platforms.
