Job Description
We are seeking a Meta Ads Expert to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage high-performing Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and performance analysis to optimize ad spend.
- Create and implement strategic ad creatives, copy, and targeting for maximum ROI.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) to improve results.
- Stay updated with Meta's latest ad policies, algorithm changes, and trends.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
- Expertise in audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or brand marketing campaigns is a plus
