Job Description
Smart Meter Installation Technician – JD
Job Responsibilities:
Install and replace smart electricity meters at customer locations.
Perform wiring, connections, testing, and commissioning of meters.
Check electrical connections and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Ensure proper installation as per safety and company guidelines.
Update installation details through the mobile app/CRM.
Complete assigned installations within the given TAT.
Coordinate with the supervisor for technical issues and daily work updates.
Requirements:
ITI Electrician / Wireman preferred.
0–2 years of experience in electrical work, meter installation, or field technician role.
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and safety.
Comfortable with field work and travelling to customer locations.
Smartphone knowledge required.
Freshers with relevant ITI qualification can also apply.
