Serve as entry level specialist with expertise in microservice operations support. You are responsible for production issue management.

Application Support:
- Operational Metrics
- Monitoring and alerting
- Release Activities
- Post deployment validation
- Incident Management
- Attend live incident & problem management meetings
- System housekeeping on all the applications under Micro services remit
- Patching (Software)File management
- Archiving
- Replication / Backups
- Regular health checks (Reactive & Proactive monitoring)
- Configuration Changes
- Certificate management
- SLA Based L2 Incident Management
- Perform & Assist in root cause analysis for tickets (RCA for P1 & P2)
- Creation & Monitoring of application alarms
- Attend live incident & problem management meetings
- Metrics collection for Reporting
- Liaising with teams for consultation in Projects
- Participate in proactive service management activities by contributing to Service Improvement Plans
- Deployment of Projects, bug-fixes, work-packages
- Post deployment validation
- Support any other system change activity if it involves the engagement of the Micro Services Development team.
- Carry out pre-production (DR) installation checks Skills Required : Microservices-L2 1.Kubernetes architecture 2.Working experience on various Kubernetes flavours. 3.Strong Docker skills. 4.Should be good with various activities from UNIX platform. 5.Should have good knowledge on various monitoring methods like platform, application and logs. 6.Good troubleshooting skills. Desirable Skills : Telecom -L2 1.MongoDB multi shared cluster Administration. 2.ELK over all setup, configuration and Maintenance knowledge. 3.Working experience on Git and Gitlab/Jenkins. 4.Im-memory working experience. 5.Data dog experience
