Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must haves
· Delivering services and solutions using Microsoft’s PowerApps, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Automate, Power Pages, custom development, and data integrations.
· Act as a technical liaison for CRM and integrated applications.
· Provide hands-on technical expertise to perform needs assessments and design and implement Power Platform-based solutions satisfying customer requirements by applying problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Identify and implement areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
· Create and maintain custom dashboards, models, canvas apps, power app components, and integration with third-party services and external APIs.
· Use various connectors to connect disparate systems with Power Platform applications.
· Contribute across all phases of the software development life cycle.
· Adept at crafting CRM and Power Platform solutions with the ability to impart your knowledge to both pro-developers and citizen developers.

· Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends.
· Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
· Must have at least five years of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM development experience, or a combination of both.
· Must have configuration, management and development experience with Power Portal/Pages spanning all project phases.
· Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
· Passion for moving organizations forward with the Power Platform and excitement for the impact Power Platform can have on customer experiences.
· Core Skills: C#, SQL, .Net, JavaScript, jQuery, Liquid Template, XML/FetchXML, Microsoft Dataverse, and PowerFX.
· Experience developing, troubleshooting and maintaining CRM Business Rules and Business Process Flows.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
· Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, presentations, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical users.
· Collaborate with team members to manage the Microsoft cloud environment including but not limited to Azure, Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform.
Nice to haves
· Working experience with integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS)
· Experience developing, troubleshooting and maintaining CRM Plugins
· Have a solid understanding of Microsoft licensing programs, subscription models and nuances
· Azure DevOps
