Job Description
Requirement:
- Very Good in data interpretation, Good command over computer/Excel/MS office and good in relationship and communication.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Stock mapping, reserve price calculations
- Drafting sale/ purchase contracts, listing contracts on AgriBazaar, bid analysis to NAFED, bid approvals
- Information sharing with Supply Chain Manager, State Coordinators and with MIS executive at Delhi Head office
- Coordination with Depot in charge and Supply chain manager for submitting the documents at NAFED office to speed up the DO issuance process.
- responsible for the timely issuance of Delivery Order by the state NAFED office
- To ensure that successful bidder getting EMD back soon after paying the SD amount. Required to be close coordination with the NAFED office staff responsible for processing of EMD, Delivery Order/Challan.
- Timely reporting of the Status of the EMD/DO and update to all stakeholders
