Job Description

Requirement:

Very Good in data interpretation, Good command over computer/Excel/MS office and good in relationship and communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Stock mapping, reserve price calculations
Drafting sale/ purchase contracts, listing contracts on AgriBazaar, bid analysis to NAFED, bid approvals
Information sharing with Supply Chain Manager, State Coordinators and with MIS executive at Delhi Head office
Coordination with Depot in charge and Supply chain manager for submitting the documents at NAFED office to speed up the DO issuance process.
responsible for the timely issuance of Delivery Order by the state NAFED office
To ensure that successful bidder getting EMD back soon after paying the SD amount. Required to be close coordination with the NAFED office staff responsible for processing of EMD, Delivery Order/Challan.
Timely reporting of the Status of the EMD/DO and update to all stakeholders
