Job Responsibilities:
- Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis.
- Creating MIS/ Dashboard report and presenting it to the concern Department.
- Respond to client escalations emails received from client, perform RCA on that escalations, provide feedback to associates.
- Maintains the tracker of those escalations.
- Report to management that data on requirement basis.
