MIS Executive Job in Ardom Telecoms at Patna, Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis.
• Creating MIS/ Dashboard report and presenting it to the concern Department.
• Respond to client escalations emails received from client, perform RCA on that escalations, provide feedback to associates.
• Maintains the tracker of those escalations.
• Report to management that data on requirement basis.
