Job Description
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Develop dashboards and trackers for management.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data entry & reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management & Reporting

Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments and systems.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.

Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before report generation.
2. Business Analysis & Insights
-
Interpret data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
-
Identify trends, gaps, and variances in business performance.
-
Present key findings to management with actionable recommendations.
3. Process Improvement & Automation
-
Work on automating repetitive reports using Excel formulas, macros, and VBA.
-
Coordinate with IT and other departments to improve reporting systems.

Suggest enhancements in data collection and reporting processes.
4. Coordination & Support
-
Collaborate with finance, sales, operations, and HR teams to gather data.
-
Assist managers in preparing customized reports as per business needs.

Ensure smooth data flow between different teams and systems.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
-
MS Excel Expertise: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH, Conditional Formatting, Macros.

Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau will be an added advantage.

Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, or other business software.
