Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical MIS Executive for Back Office to join our team. The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) data, generating accurate reports, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to support business decision-making processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong data management skills, proficiency in spreadsheet and database software, and a keen eye for detail. As a key member of the back-office operations, you will ensure that data flow and reporting systems run smoothly and contribute to operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection and Management

Collect, compile, and maintain data from various departments and sources in a structured and organized manner.

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by cross-verifying information.

Manage and update databases regularly to reflect real-time information.
2. Report Generation

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports related to sales, inventory, finance, operations, or other departments as required.

Create dashboards and visual reports using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools to present data clearly.

Customize reports based on stakeholder requirements to facilitate decision-making.
3. Data Analysis and Insights

Analyze collected data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Provide meaningful insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes.

Support management with statistical data and forecasts.
4. Coordination and Communication

Liaise with different internal teams such as sales, finance, operations, and IT to gather accurate data inputs.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and address data discrepancies.

Provide training and support to team members regarding MIS tools and reporting processes.
5. System Maintenance and Improvement

Assist in maintaining and upgrading MIS software and tools.

Suggest process improvements for data collection, storage, and reporting efficiency.

Monitor data security and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
6. Documentation and Compliance

Maintain proper documentation of reports, data sources, and methodologies.

Ensure compliance with company data governance policies and industry standards.

Support audits and prepare reports as needed.
