Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Complete and update end-to-end endorsements received from the client. From receipt of data to sending to the Insurer, to follow-ups to get them done in TATs, to receipt of the endorsement copy and ecards to uploading on the portal and close looping with the customer
2. Create a portal for a new customer and upload data every time that is required including the ecards
3. Facilitate problem-solving and priority closures by acting as a bridge between customers (internal and external) and the sales team
4. Establish deep relationships with the carriers, which will help the execution within TATs
5. Update the required sheets important to measure the KRAs
6. Plan and organize daily activities related to endorsements and portals
7. Perform other related duties as required

Preferred candidate profile :

1. The ability to communicate with different stakeholders effectively
2. Ability to execute things First Time Right and an eye for detail
3. Ownership mindset and organizational skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
6. Bachelors degree
