Position Overview:
We are seeking an MIS Executive (Management Information System Executive) to manage and analyze data, generate reports, and support business operations with accurate information. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, data analytics, and reporting tools to help improve decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management & Reporting:
- Collect, organize, and analyze business data from various sources.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and different departments.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain updated databases and dashboards.
2. Excel & Data Analysis:
- Use Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) to process and analyze data.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve business efficiency.
- Automate reports to enhance productivity and reduce manual efforts.
3. Software & System Management:
- Maintain MIS tools, ERP, CRM, or other data management software.
- Ensure smooth functioning of database systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist in data migration, integration, and system upgrades.
4. Coordination & Communication:
- Work closely with finance, operations, HR, and sales teams to provide insights.
- Present reports to management for strategic decision-making.
- Support internal audits and compliance reporting.
