Job Description

Full job description
  • Collect, validate, and maintain daily planning, reports from field technicians.
  • Prepare, analyze, and share MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with management.
  • Track technician performance, job completion, customer visits, and SLA compliance.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely closure of service tickets.
  • Generate dashboards and presentations for management review.
  • Support in manpower allocation, attendance, and productivity tracking.
  • Work closely with reporting officer for real-time data accuracy and updates.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree ( B.Com. / B.Sc. / BA) or Diploma in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience as MIS Executive / Data Analyst (telecom/field service preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Power point).
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with field teams and management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
