Job Description
- Preparing Agent Skill Wise Dashboards and Reports - Daily, Weekly, Monthly for Business, Timelines, Accuracy or Error Free Reporting.
- Ensure schedules are followed and breaks are adhered to.
- Minimize variations between delivery and plan.
- Minimize leakages thru system downtime, cab delays, tardiness etc.
- Prepare and maintain reports showcasing Interval level performance, daily/weekly/monthly performance reports etc.
- Should be able to adjust schedules to meet requirements on a real time basis.
- Report deviations, Plan vs. Actual and its implication.
*Experience and skills:

- Must have exposure to Inbound, Back office, chat/email or outbound environment.
- Excellent presentation, communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task, dynamic and quick thinker.
- Should be flexible to work in 24/7 environment.
- Experience of schedule creation on tool or excel template.
- Understanding of Capacity planning models.
