Responsibilities include:

1. Carry out analysis and assessment of the organization/clients existing software and database management systems, and information technology
2. Identify the shortcomings and proffer solutions to meet clients' needs within time and cost constraints
3. Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS)
4. Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner
5. Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance
6. Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
7. Perform data analysis for generating reports periodically
8. Develop/Maintain an MIS system for customer management and internal communication
9. Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team
10. Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
