Job Description

Have knowledge of MJPJAY Scheme.

Experience of working as a pre-auth executive.

Knowledge of MJPJAY and PMJAY scheme protocol.

Experience in raising pre-auth.

Experience in discharge updates and bills updates.

Experience in follow up and bills update.

Grievance management.

Repudiation of claims.

Preparation of MIS of scheme business.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Registration: Assist eligible patients in registering under the MJPJAY scheme at the hospital helpdesk or kiosk. Verify and collect necessary documents such as ration card, Aadhaar card, and referral letters.
Documentation: Upload and manage patient records on the MJPJAY portal including pre-authorization requests, diagnostic reports, discharge summaries, and claim forms.
Claim Processing: Initiate and track pre-authorization approvals and claims with the TPA. Ensure timely submission of documents for claim reimbursement.
Beneficiary Support: Guide patients and their families about the benefits of the scheme, the treatment process, and the documents required. Address any queries related to eligibility and services covered.
Liaison Role: Coordinate between patients, hospital departments, and MJPJAY/TPA representatives. Ensure smooth communication and compliance with scheme guidelines.
Reporting: Maintain daily and monthly reports regarding registered patients, claim status, pending approvals, and overall performance of the MJPJAY desk.
Audit and Compliance: Ensure all claims and documentation meet government guidelines. Be prepared to assist during audits or inspections conducted by authorities.
Awareness Activities: Support hospital teams in creating awareness about the MJPJAY scheme in nearby communities or during health camps.
