- We are looking for an experienced and creative UI Designer to join our team!
- As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best visual experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan and implement new designs
- Optimise existing user interface designs
- Test for intuitively and experience.
- Understand the business problems and work closely with the UX team and take lead in converting wireframes into intuitive visual design experiences.
- Working closely with product, business and design teams to improve the overall user experience.
- Testing UIs and user flows after development.
- Someone who enjoys solving complex challenges through simple, elegant design.

- Every time you visit a website or an app, you notice the tiniest details about its interface and experience and think of how it could have been designed better.
- You have an impeccable design sense backed by an impressive design portfolio (prior UI/UX projects would be a BIG plus)
- Understand business requirements and UX solutions to deliver intuitive and user-centred visual solutions.
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
- Create prototypes for new product ideas.
- Test new ideas before implementing.
- Support in ongoing user research.
- Great mentoring and a learning-based environment.
- 1-2 years of experience as a UI-UX Designer or similar role.
- A design portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options.
- Detail oriented.
- Critical thinker.
- Problem solver and customer-centred.
- Knowledge of Sketch, Adobe products including Photoshop and Illustrator
- 1-2 year experience of working on mobile apps.
- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction.
