Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work as part of the team to build React Native iOS/Android applications
2. Architect, build, and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code
3. Implement pixel-perfect UIs that match designs
4. Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience
5. Integrate third-party APIs
6. Release applications to iOS and Google Play stores
7. Work with native modules when required
8. Assist with building estimates
9. Follow full stack's detailed development process
