Job Description
- The candidate must have a strong experience in mobile phone, tablets and laptop repairs.
- The candidate must be very disciplined and must have a high level of integrity and work ethics.
- Must be able to analyse devices before & after repairs
- Highly skilled in soldering, software troubleshooting, assembling & disassembling , jumper setting and chip level.
- Must be an expert in all levels of device repairs - L1, L2, L3, L4
- Must assist store manager for customer support & operations in business
- Must be willing to train junior technicians
- Must have knowledge on ESD safety norms
- Organise & schedule repairs within prescribed timings & ensure smooth delivery
- refer cellphone manuals & record critical cases of repairs
