Job Description

We need experienced mobile repairing candidates with the skill of repair Android and Iphone's all issues, like OCA, Screen Replacement, Motherboard Repair, CPU Reballing, Double Dekar IC Reballing, EMMC, Face ID Repair, Truetone Repair, Full body Replacement etc.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair cell phone hardware and software issues

Replace damaged or malfunctioning components such as screens, batteries, and charging ports

Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of devices to ensure optimal performance

Stay up-to-date with the latest cell phone technology and repair techniques

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate repair options and timelines effectively

Manage inventory of replacement parts and order new stock as needed

Document all repairs and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

Knowledge of different types of mobile phone models

Familiarity with repair tools and equipment

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot various cell phone issues

Good communication skills to interact with customers

Attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
