A Mobile Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling mobile phones, accessories, and related services at retail outlets. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Sales

Greet and engage with walk-in customers at retail outlets.

Demonstrate mobile products, accessories, and services to potential buyers.

Explain product features, specifications, plans, and pricing clearly.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable devices, plans, or add-ons.

Upsell complementary products such as warranty services, cases, headphones, and screen protectors.

Close sales efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing and documentation.
2. Product Knowledge & Demonstration

Maintain in-depth knowledge of all mobile devices, brands, and accessories available in the store.

Stay updated on new product launches, features, promotions, and discounts.

Conduct hands-on demonstrations to showcase product functionality.

Address customer questions regarding network services, software features, and device compatibility.
3. Inventory & Stock Management

Assist in stock monitoring, replenishment, and display arrangements.

Ensure products are neatly displayed and organized for easy customer access.

Report low stock, damaged items, or discrepancies to store supervisors.

Assist in inventory audits and record-keeping as required.
4. Customer Service & Support

Handle customer queries, complaints, and issues professionally and politely.

Provide after-sales support, including service requests, warranty claims, and product guidance.

5. Promotional Activities & Marketing

Participate in store promotions, festive campaigns, and product launches.

Assist in on-site events, roadshows, or brand activation programs.

Encourage customers to subscribe to offers, loyalty programs, or service plans.
6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily sales reports, lead records, and customer interactions.
