Job Description
- We are looking for 0-1yrs Trained Mobile Test Engineers. an Associate Software Tester to focus on a diverse set of goals and perform a wide variety of manual testing tasks in the following areas:
- Testing Web based application
- Testing native apps in Android and iOS devices
- Testing responsive web in smart phones and tabs
- API testing using Soap
UI Requirements in detail:
- Qualification: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Computer Science is must
- Certification: An ISTQB FL or equivalent certification is desired 3. Experience: 0 years
Course:
- To have taken up a software testing course from a reputed institute
Skillset:
- To have a good understanding of how to test in various Browsers, Smart Phones & Tabs.
- Knowledge of one programming language and clear understanding of OOPs concepts.
- A Creative Mind: A creative mind enables software testers to think beyond and, therefore, test beyond only what's spelled out in the requirements.
- An Intellectual Curiosity: It's an important trait for QA because it motivates the tester to 'identify interesting questions about the software' under test.
- Passion for Testing: Great testers never give up. They are patient enough to find as many bugs as they can.'
- Analytical Thinking: Breaking down a compound into its elements (read 'data') and building the equation, i.e. how everything relates to each other.
- Logical Thinking: using reason in making deductions without any bias and thinking from the customer perspective.
