Job Description:

TO assist the Project Manager IN ensuring successful initiation, planning, execution, controlAND completion OF a module through monitoring, trackingAND analyzing module control metrics. Lead module development, production supportAND maintenance activities.
Ensure timesheetsAND invoicing processes are completed ONOR before the deadline.
Lead the customer interface FOR the module ON an everyday basis, proactively addressing ANY issues before they are escalated.
CREATE functionalAND technical specification documents.
Track OPEN tickets/ incidents IN queueAND allocate tickets TO resourcesAND ensure that the tickets are closed within the deadlines.
Ensure analysts adhere TO SLA¿s/KPI¿s/OLA¿s.
Ensure that ALL IN the delivery team, including self, are constantly thinking OF ways TO DO things faster, betterOR IN a more economic manner.
LeadAND ensure project complianceWITH Software Quality ProcessesAND within timelines.
Draft INITIAL charterAND module plan, CREATEAND review functionalAND technical specification documents. Monitor, trackAND analyse module control metrics.
ReviewAND consolidate module status reports, leadAND perform ALL activities related TO maintaining successful knowledge management including re usage, accuracyAND efficiency.
Serve AS the single point OF contact FOR the team TO the project stakeholders. Promote team WORK, motivate, mentorAND develop subordinates.
Provide application production support AS per process /RACI (Responsible, Accountable, ConsultedAND Informed) Matrix.
