Mohanlal Sukhadia University invites application for the position Junior Research Fellow
Name of The Project: Establishing Career Hub Under RUSA 2 entitled “Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Harnessing the Public Health Skill in a New Era of Health Reforms and Investment in Tribal Belt of Rajasthan”.
Funding Agency: Rashtriya Uchchtar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA)- Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD), New Delhi.
Project Coordinator: Dr. Arti Prasad, Professor & H.O.D., Department of Zoology, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur
Tenure: The position is temporary for this financial year or the position is coterminus with the project.

Minimum Qualification Essential: M.Sc. Zoology / M.Sc. Agriculture from a recognized University or equivalent with at least 55% marks with at least one year research experience in the field of Medical Entomology and Mosquito handling. Entomology with NET will be preferred.
Desirable:
a. Develop and conduct experimental studies with insects in controlled or natural surroundings.
b. Collect and analyze biological data and specimens.
c. Study the characteristics of insects, including interactions with other species and their environment, reproduction, population dynamics, diseases, and movement patterns.
d. Research, initiate, and maintain breeding programs for insects
e. Estimate, monitor, and manage insect populations. Write research papers, reports, and scholarly articles that explain findings.
f. Good Computer Knowledge with statistical tools. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Fellowship/ Monthly Compensation Rs. 35000/- Per month (Consolidated)
