Job Description
Travel: 13 days a month to sites - 30 Districts
Experience -At least two to three years of program monitoring and evaluation experience in health –HIV or development sectors.
Working experience and knowledge of M & E Tools
- Responsible for day-to-day data management and reporting related to the program.
- Responsible for collecting data from the Program Officers, data clarifications, data triangulation and analyses for program strategy development.
- Providing feedback and guidance to Program Officers on M&E & improved data quality & usage.
- Responsible for preparation of monthly and quarterly technical reports and submits to Program Manager for review and finalization, and ensures timely submission of reports to Donor
- Provide validated data for developing a program reports
- Responsible for organizing training and on-site mentorship to Program Officers and site staff on data validation and error-free reporting
- Responsible for undertaking district-wise mapping of other HIV/AIDS service providers, initiate linkages/referral systems and oversee the functioning of the referral system for saturation of positive pregnant women for PPTCT.
- Coordinate with M&E officers of DAPCUs, other stakeholders for smooth implementation, timely reporting of PPP sites and sustenance of the programJob Particulars
