Monitoring Services
Location : Andheri
Working Hours: 9 Hours, Rotating shifts as applicable (24*7)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Timing: As per roster as and when applicable ( 24 * 7 )
Education/Qualification: Graduate – BSc, BE, Diploma
Experience: 6 months to 1 Year - DL1
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to document.
- Good learning skills.
- Team Player.
- Collaborative Attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Device Monitoring.
2. SMS and email alerts: Checking all alerts and reporting to the concerned person/department.
3. Preparation of monthly reports.
4. Configuring alert parameter settings in monitoring tools.
5. Installation of agents related to hardware and software monitoring solutions.
Technical Skills Required:
1. MS Office.
2. Windows Operating System.
